2. ONLINE INQUIRY FORM
Start by filling out our Online Inquiry Form, where you’ll share some basic information about your child, including their age, grade level, and any special needs or questions you may have. These questions can be answered personally at the in-person tour. This form will also give options to choose an in-person tour day and time.
3. IN-PERSON SCHOOL TOUR
After submitting your inquiry, we invite you to schedule a personalized tour of our school. During the tour, you’ll explore key areas of our school. This is a great time to ask any questions you may have about our programs, policies, and school culture. We will also be able to personally answer questions you may have listed in the inquiry form.
4. ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
After completing your in-person tour, if you decide to proceed with the application, please click on the link below, submit your information, and you will receive an email with a link to complete your online application.
Ensure the application is fully completed and submit the $50 non-refundable fee. Additionally, be prepared to upload a current report card or transcript and provide contact information for a reference from your child’s previous school.
5. ENTRANCE ASSESSMENT
Entrance assessment helps us understand your child’s academic strengths and areas for growth. The assessment includes: Math and Reading Assessments for students entering grades K-5, designed to gauge academic readiness and actual grade level for math and reading. For younger students (Pre-K or K), we may also conduct a developmental screening to assess cognitive, language, and social-emotional skills.
These assessments help us ensure that each child is placed in the environment best suited to their needs and developmental stage.
6. FAMILY INTERVIEW
Following the assessment, we invite you to participate in a family interview with our admissions team, which may include the Head of School, Admissions Director, or Principal. During the interview, we’ll discuss:
Your family’s educational goals for your child.
Your child’s background, including academic strengths and any special needs.
How your family’s values align with our school’s philosophy.
7. REVIEW OF APPLICATION AND ADMISSION DECISION
Once we’ve completed the tour, assessment, and interview, our admissions team will carefully review your child’s application. We consider all aspects of the application, including:
The completed application form.
Assessment results.
Any previous school records (if applicable).
Family interview notes.
Teacher recommendations (if applicable).
We will notify you of our decision within 1-2 weeks. If accepted, you will receive an email with a formal Letter of Acceptance, information about next steps (such as enrollment and orientation), and required documents for enrollment (e.g., medical forms, birth certificate, etc.).
8. ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION
Once accepted, we’ll guide you through the enrollment and registration process. This includes completing necessary enrollment paperwork, tuition contract, and enrollment fees.
